  2. I also preordered your new cookbook. I am soo excited. I love your first cookbook. I use it a couple times a week. I have purchased 4 of your first cookbook to give to friends because the recipes are great. I make them for my children and their spouses and no one knows the food is gluten-dairy free and a few of them are VERY picky with their food. Keep bringing us new recipes. My 16 yr old daughter and I are on a mission trying to find a great bread recipe. We love your bread slabs and pizza crust. But she really wants a loaf of Italian bread so she can make a toasted sub sandwich.

  6. I have allergy to corn as well as gluten, which I’m told makes staying away from xanthan gum necessary too. Do your flour blends and recipes use these two items?

    When I used to eat bread, my favorite way was right out of the oven…end slice dipped in olive oil. Maybe I can eat bread with gluten-free recipes.
