Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Main Dishes

gluten-free turkey and chicken pot pie

Here’s your Thanksgiving cheat sheet for the main dish. I only make a big turkey once a year, so when I do, I want it to be juicy, flavorful and low-maintenance. I’ve been making this recipe ever since I read it in New York magazine years ago. It’s a recipe by David and Laura Shea of Brooklyn’s Applewood restaurant. It’s everything you want in a Thanksgiving bird. For the complete recipes, just click on the recipe titles.
