Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Main Dishes

Here’s your Thanksgiving cheat sheet for the main dish. I only make a big turkey once a year, so when I do, I want it to be juicy, flavorful and low-maintenance. I’ve been making this recipe ever since I read it in New York magazine years ago. It’s a recipe by David and Laura Shea of Brooklyn’s Applewood restaurant. Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Chicken Pot Pie

Make Ahead: Yes, you can freeze the pie and bake like any other frozen chicken potpie: Tent the top with foil and bake in a 350º oven until heated through, about 45 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes for a crispy crust.
